About Us

ValCo Homes was established April 2012 to provide quality homes to deserving families.  We are 100% self funded and own all our homes outright with no loans or mortgages.  We are a small company, locally managed and only concentrated on the greater Phoenix area. 

Our focus is to continue to build our executive rental business for the long term, adding only exceptional homes that meet our strict criteria.  Our current portfolio of 65 homes are predominately located in the best neighborhoods of the communities in Phoenix and the greater Phoenix area, including suburbs in the West or East Valley.
